Crisis Center & Women's Shelter, located in Ottumwa, IA, is an emergency shelter for women survivors of domestic and sexual violence. It is our mission to promote a violence-free society through the use of community education and advocacy. Formed in 1978, we have provided outreach programs and support services to over 2,000 victims.
